According to the current legislation*, perfumes and cosmetics of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

*Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” of 12.05.1991 №1023-XII and Annex №3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” of 19.03.1994 №172 the list of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged (returned) include: perfumes and cosmetics, sanitary items, combs and massage brushes, products in aerosol packaging, tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).

The goods described above can be returned only if a production defect is detected. Upon receipt, check the product in detail and make sure it is in good condition. The goods cannot be returned after the fact of at least one use or damage to the packaging.
The difference between the design or design elements from the description stated on the website is not a sign of improper quality.
If you find a production defect, we will definitely exchange the goods.
If you find that the order does not meet the declared quality, within 14 days you need:

• to send us an e-mail or contact by phone and describe all the nuances;
• take a photo that confirms the detection of the defect.
